BoneTracer

The 'BoneTracer' application can reconstruct 3-dimensional bone models from a set of transversal CT- of MRI-scans, taken according to our CT/MRI protocol.

download CT/MRI protocol

The program allows to convert CT-scans with many irregularities (eg. artefacts caused by metal implants) succesfully into a 3D bonemodel.

Input fileformats

  • DICOM (.DCM) - only non-compressed Dicom files are supported.

Output fileformats

  • StereoLithography file (.STL)
